How Signing Starr Became the Leader in Visibility Leadership

When Starr Clinton, founder of Signing Starr, first reached out, she was making moves in the DEI and accessibility space but her brand wasn’t breaking through. Her messaging blended into broader conversations. Her audience wasn’t clear on what made her different. And despite her years of experience, she struggled to articulate her unique value in a crowded market of accessibility consultants and public speakers.

The challenge starr faces was that her brand was positioned too broadly her messaging lacked a defined category to own, and her brand identity felt inconsistent across platforms.

Through our signature Pulse Check, Revival Plan, and Lifeline services, we rebuilt Signing Starr from the inside out.

First, we shifted Starr’s brand identity from “consultant” to authority by crafting a new tagline, brand promise, and strategic narrative. Starr was no longer just a service provider she became the go-to expert in Visibility Leadership.

Next, we created four signature messaging pillars and rallying phrases designed to magnetize leaders struggling to be seen. This new voice gave Starr a bold, memorable presence across platforms. To create true differentiation, we then developed the V.I.S.I.B.L.E. Leadership Method, a proprietary framework Starr now uses across her keynotes, coaching, and workshops.

Then, we refreshed the brand’s visual identity to match its bold new mission. Now, every touchpoint from social media to workshops feels like an extension of the same powerful brand.

Finally, we mapped out a six month thought leadership and visibility plan, complete with mini-training content, personal brand storytelling, and a workshop calendar to position Starr as a category leader. We plan to also launch her podcast in June 2025.

In less than 60 days after completing her Revival Plan:

  • Starr booked 6 paid speaking engagements.

  • She was recognized by her city for her leadership in accessibility and inclusion.

  • Her brand visibility, audience engagement, and revenue began accelerating steadily.

Today, Starr stands as a confident, recognizable leader not just in accessibility, but in the broader conversation about leadership and visibility. Her transformation was not just about improving her marketing, it was about building a brand so aligned, so clear, and so powerful that opportunities found her.

In Starrs own words:

“Sierra didn’t just help me develop a brand and strategy; she became my greatest cheerleader while lovingly pushing me beyond my comfort zone. As an introvert who preferred serving behind the scenes, she saw the speaker in me before I could see it myself.

Through her guidance, I transformed from an advocate into a confident visibility leader. Even when I doubted myself, she stood firm in her belief in my story and my purpose. She helped me turn my biggest fears into my greatest strengths—not by forcing me into the spotlight, but by showing me how my journey could light the way for others.

What makes Sierra exceptional is her ability to challenge you while making you feel completely supported. Now I have a crystal-clear brand that’s positioning me to impact corporate leadership on a global scale, and the confidence to fully step into it.”

If you're ready to stop blending in and start leading your space with authority, confidence, and clarity you're ready for a Revival.
